Governing law and general provisions
11.1
Governing law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the Ontario courts.
11.2
Injunctive relief. In the event of your breach or threatened or alleged breach of these Terms, we will be irreparably harmed and may not have an adequate remedy in money or damages, and shall be entitled to an injunction against such breach from any court of competent jurisdiction. We shall also have the right to obtain other applicable remedies available at law.

Force majeure.
