Architects & Engineers
Energy infrastructure planning integrated early into facility design — including solar readiness, EV charging capacity, electrical coordination, and long-term energy strategy.
We partner with professionals connected to commercial and industrial facilities — helping bring energy efficiency, onsite generation, electrification, and incentive expertise into existing client relationships.
Most C&I facilities do not need another isolated energy quote. They need a clear understanding of how the building consumes energy, where operational costs can be reduced, and which infrastructure investments create the strongest long-term return.
Utility, demand, and interval consumption analysis used to identify operational trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for efficiency, onsite generation, and electrification.
Conservation opportunities evaluated as part of the broader facility energy strategy — improving operating efficiency before new infrastructure is deployed.
Incentives, utility savings, demand reduction, and lifecycle operating costs modeled into a facility-specific financial analysis built around real operating data.
Engineering, incentives, electrical coordination, installation, and commissioning managed through a single integrated delivery process from assessment through operation.
Bring integrated energy, electrification, and infrastructure expertise into existing commercial client relationships.
Participate in projects involving solar, battery storage, EV charging, energy efficiency, and utility incentives.
Support clients with operational cost reduction, compliance planning, and long-term energy strategy.
Leverage GI’s experience in utility coordination, incentive modelling, engineering, and project delivery.
Help clients prepare for rising electrical demand, fleet electrification, and evolving building standards.
Work alongside a partner experienced in commercial energy infrastructure across Ontario, Alberta, BC, and Nova Scotia.
This is the data your clients will ask you for after you make the introduction. Every number below comes from a completed GI project.
Two clients on what they got from a GI engagement. The same depth of analysis is what your referrals will receive.
Financial modelling translated directly into operating results.
Green Integrations delivered a detailed financial model and system design that aligned with our production demands. The project was executed on time and performed as expected.
Consistent delivery across multiple projects.
We selected Green Integrations for their depth of analysis. Over several projects, they have consistently delivered strong results and remained a reliable partner.
Six questions from professionals evaluating the program. Built from real partner conversations.
A defined commission is paid on every project that closes from your referral. The commission is triggered at contract execution — not at project completion. The specific structure is agreed at onboarding and documented in your partner agreement. If you are actively advising C&I clients and want to understand the program terms before committing, contact us directly — we discuss the details on a partner call.
We handle the energy scope. The architectural engagement, the brokerage relationship, the management contract — that stays yours. We do not solicit services beyond what was referred, and we do not contact clients introduced through partners without your knowledge. If a project scope evolves, we bring you into that conversation first.
Any commercial or industrial facility with a meaningful electricity bill is worth an introduction. We assess every referral individually and will tell you within the first conversation whether there is a viable project. If there is not, your client gets an honest answer quickly — which is a better outcome than months of process that goes nowhere. We do not do residential.
A utility review using 12 months of consumption data and a site visit — typically 2–3 hours on site. The output is a facility-specific financial model and a project recommendation: what is viable, what the financial case looks like, and what the next steps are. Timeline from introduction to delivered model is typically 2–4 weeks depending on facility complexity. We present findings directly to your client in a format they can take to their board or lender.
Partners access a dedicated portal through our Zoho CRM system. You submit referrals directly, track the status of each opportunity through the pipeline, and see commission records in real time. You do not need to follow up with us by email to find out where a referral stands — the portal shows you. Access is set up as part of the onboarding process.
A structured program covering GI’s service scope, the qualifying criteria for commercial and industrial projects, the financial model structure and what to expect from the assessment output, and how to position the offering to different client types — whether that is a developer evaluating a new build, a property manager managing operating costs, or an owner preparing for BEPS compliance. After onboarding, you can answer your client’s first-level questions without looping in GI for every conversation.
Register as a partner, get access to the portal, and complete onboarding. From there, every referral you bring us is tracked, managed, and compensated through a structure you agreed to upfront.
No commitment required. We discuss the structure on a 20-minute call before you register.
