These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at greenintegrations.ca (the “Website”), which is operated by Green Integrations Inc. (“Green Integrations”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Website is an informational and lead-generation site: it provides information about our commercial energy services — including commercial solar, battery energy storage, EV charging, LED lighting, energy audits, and solar operations and maintenance — and allows you to contact us or request a consultation.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

Important note about our services. The Website does not sell products or services online and does not process payments. It does not offer online accounts, shopping carts, or checkout. Any energy project, product, or service we provide is quoted, scoped, and contracted separately through a written agreement between you and Green Integrations. Those separate agreements — not these Terms — govern the supply of our products and services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you to that extent.

General

11.1

Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario for the resolution of any such dispute.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11.3

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Integrations regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject. For clarity, the supply of any product or service is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms with respect to that supply.

11.4

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
